Death is the parting of the deceased physical body and the spirit ( the eternal element that never dies ) and is a necessary part of ones eternal progression in the Great Plan of Salvation which was organised by a kind and loving God. It was so sad yesterday when my brother Hori told me of cousin Trevor's passing. Left me gutted but at the same time I knew it was his time to move on from mortality and progress into the Spirit World where he will be celebrating hugely with whanau and friends over there. Trevor was so just a kind, caring, charitable, loving and helpful soul from the time we mingled as kids at the Whakaki Primary School / or at the Whakaki Marae or where ever in general right up until his passing. His parents were both gentle, humble loving gems too which is where he got his Godly traits from. Love our Waikawa / Whakaki whanau heaps. God created families to be together forever and in time we will all meet up again with our taonga Trevor in the great World of the Spirits and that will be another joyful reunion. Trevor is the epitome of Manaakitanga and being Christlike in so many ways. He would always readily and selflessly give me heaps of tuna on the odd occasion when ever I visited Whakaki from the Waikato. So so so love him greatly for those acts of kindness. He had a testimony of whakawhanaungatanga and lived by its precepts. Arohanui to Kim, the children and the mokopuna. Arohanui to the Waikawa / Whakaki whanau in general. Ko Rick Solomon ahau.
