Loved son of the late Dyce and Doris Tohiariki (dec), Ray and Mako Paku (dec) and Tammy and Bill Hawkins(dec), loved husband of Maia (dec) and partner of Miria. Much loved father of Moose and Alma, Pare and Chris, Nik and Stu, Charles (dec), Rose, Doddy and Will, Raymond and Mel, Maia and Tarn. Loved papa to all his mokopuna. Loved brother, uncle, cousin. Strong personality, always sharp and ready, right or wrong he was always right he may have lost an argument but and then guaranteed to test your fighting abilities.
Moetu will lie at Pakowhai Marae. A funeral service for Moetu will held on Tuesday 30 April 2019 at 11.00am followed by  burial at Te Rua o Raikaihakeke - Pakowhai. Our chief may you rest easy in love and light.
