Passed away peacefully at Wairoa Hospital surrounded by his whanau. Best mate and loved husband of Ro. Loving father of Simone, Ryan, Lisa, Kathy-Jean, David, Jackson and devoted step dad to Shan, Lance, Cliff and Destanee Horua. Adored grandfather to all his moko and a good mate to many. A brave fighter now at rest.

Rosco will lie at 209 Wahirere Road, Wairoa until Sunday 31 May 2020, he will then proceed to Tawhiti A Maru marae where his funeral service will be held on Monday 1 June 2020 at 11am followed by a private cremation. Any messages can be sent to 209 Waihirere Road Wairoa 4108.
