Passed away peacefully, Wednesday 17 November 2021 at Hawkes Bay Fallen Soldiers Hospital Hastings, surrounded by his loving whanau.
Dearly loved husband of Dawn. Treasured father and father-in-law of Vivian and Mid, Jared and Leigh-Ann, Cameron and Kim (dec). Adored Papa to all his Mokopuna and friend to many.
Jordan will lie at Kahungunu Marae from Thursday 18 November 2021 where his funeral will be held on Saturday 20 November 2021 at 11.00am, followed by his burial in Kaitamure Urupa, Nuhaka.

When I heard my heart stopped as tears ran down my face. But then thought , my uncle lived a great life surrounded by love all the time. It will not be the same not seeing you at our family gatherings, you get to see all my cousins, your baby,your parents and siblings. We are unable to attend your final farewell uncle but I will have a few moments of time thinking about you tomorrow. Love you so much Forbes whanau ❤️❤️❤️❤️
