Born 23rd December, 1941. Died 2nd January, 2022.
Passed away peacefully after a short stay at Te Wiremu House, Aberdeen Road, Gisborne. Loved husband of Anne. Cherished father of Kim, Stewart Jnr, Neil, Susan, Louis and George (dec). Popa to Luella, Georgia, Natalie, Trent, Kamel, Susana, Daryl, Michael, Shonnelle, McCullum, Jennecca, Tamara, Rachel and Marissa. Thanks to all staff at Te Wiremu House, and special thanks to the staff at Wairoa hospital. Viewing will be held at Pickering's Funeral Chapel, 62 Marine Parade, Wairoa on Saturday 8th January between 12 and 2 pm, and at Stewart's home, Lucknow St, Wairoa, on Sunday. The funeral service will be held at St Peter's Catholic Church, Queen St, Wairoa on Monday 10th January 2022 at 11.30 am followed by interment in the Wairoa lawn cemetery. Due to Covid 19 requirements, a vaccine pass must be presented at both the viewings and the funeral service.

Will treasure the few short years we had with you and Anne catching up on all of our family history plus picking fruit and collecting jars for your busy jam making enterprise. You can rest now until we meet again from your cousin Jim and Marie.
