Passed away peacefully at home on Sunday 20 December 2020 surrounded by her loving family.
Daughter of the late Tauru and Raiha Kapene. Wife of the late Huatahi (Dwarf) Cotter Cherished mother of Christine, Tania, Craig and Donna, Rosie and Teagles, Delena, Denise, Jason, Juanita, Colleen, Sheree and the late Elliot. Adored Nanny, Nanny Nan and Nanny Nanny Nan of all her moko. Loved and adored sister. Wahine Purotu ki ana iramutu katoa. Mona will lie at Rangiahua Marae where Nehu and service will be held on Thursday 24th December 2020 at 11am.
