Whakamaua ki ngā whetū
Kāore i ngā tokerau!
Aim for the stars –
Not for the glow worms!

KIA HIWA RA! KIA HIWA RA!
He karanga tēnei ki ngā hapū o Ngāti Kahungunu ki Te Wairoa me Ngai Tūhoe!
Kua hinga tō mātou pou arā he tōtara nō te wao nui a Tane. Ka nui te pōuri! Ka nui te mamae – Aue! Aue!
It is with great sadness that we farewell our Dad, who has left us to join our beautiful mother, Judy.

RIP Trevor.

There are many young folk who owe you so much. Your leadership, desire and drive to give our Wairoa youth as much exposure to the world as possible was truly an inspiration.

It was a pleasure to have known you and been part of that desire.

Go well my friend - but way too early.

Rest in peace Sir. One of the most stand out teachers from The Rock who genuinely cared about his students. You've taught generations of our families with the right amount of discipline and unconditional love.

I never really went to his class to learn about art. It was much more than that.

Rest in peace Trevor. You will be missed.
