We all remember Roger, coming up to Kaitaia for our dances.
Especially when you all stayed in Glenda's house by the beach.
He helped to get our club on the road, his helper, Bill Barker died at the same'
time here at Takaka, S.I. where we are living now, at Blenheim.
Bless you all, & your family, happy memories from us.He stayed with Brian & I
one time.
Love Gladys & Brian xxxx

Our condolences to you all. Roger was a friendly and talented member of the Napier Pipe Band and we always enjoyed his company. He enjoyed telling his many clock stories. You will miss him but you'll have many lovely memories.
Deepest sympathy and regards

Roger, may you continue dancing elsewhere. He was a good friend dancing at Knox in the 70’s, providing caravan accommodation with Ruth Budden for Whangarei dances and organising the entertainment and picnics to follow in the 80’s and the clock man in the 2000’s. To Christine, Kylie and Gordon my loving thoughts to you all. There will be many who hold wonderful memories of Roger.

Condolences to Christine and his family from all the members of the Kamo Scottish Country Dance Club, Whangarei.
Many of us have great memories of Roger. He was great fun, very talented, always the life and soul of the party and he loved his dancing.
Our deepest sympathy.
