Devoted to his one true love, Patsy.  Beloved father to Vivian (His Girl).  Precious son of Ieni (Dec) & Ani Ropiha (Dec).  Brother to Merlin (Dec), Ihipera (Dec), Ivan (Dec), Horiana, Te Moananui, Omega (Dec), Mydie (Dec) & Matua.  Pa to Big Kaos (Dec), Tamati, Little Kaos (Dec) and Zalia-Rose.  Papa Ray to many.  Special uncle to all his nieces and nephews.  Special friend to Judy (The Boss). 
 
A service will be held on Monday, 15 September at 11am at Pickering Funeral Chapel.  Ray will travel to Te Tapairu Marae, Waipawa for one night and then on Tuesday, 16 September he will travel to Rongomaraeroa Marae, Porangahau.
 
A final service will be held on Wednesday, 17 September at 11am followed by the burial at Kaiwhitikitiki Urupa, where he will lie to rest with his loved ones.
