Sunset: 20 July 2024 Passed away surrounded by her loving whanau. Loving wife of the late Parau Hawkins. The greatest mother to Colleen (dec), Tracey, Joseph (dec) and Christopher. Nana and great Nannan to her many great grandchildren. Our mum will lie at 9 Kitchener Street, Wairoa until Wednesday, 24 July where her service will be held at 10am. She will be taken to Pakowhai Marae for a brief moment before her burial at the urupa.

Dearest Cousins.. We send you all our aroha, huge hugs , thoughts and blessings at this sad time, our hearts feel heavy and saddened for the loss of our dearest cuz ❤️.. Over the many years we have very special memories , lots of korero, sharing , laughs and mischief fun times in years gone by. Rest in peace Auntie Ida. I lived growing up in Nuffield Ave and your trifles and I have always missed Colleen dearly. You were a great friend of my parents John and Shirley Moore and I will never forget you
