Passed away peacefully in his sleep at home in Mahia on Friday 9 May 2025. Dearly loved husband of Monica Rangimarie (nee Mareikura) (dec). Loved and Cherished father of Michael, Karen, Paul, Diana, Thomas, Richard, Raymond (dec), Stephen, Stephanie (dec), Laurence, Ian, Peter, Cheryl-Jane, and Solomon. Loved papa to all his mokopuna, Tuatahi, Tuarua, Tuatoru mokopuna. Bill will be leaving Pickering Funeral Chapel at 11am on Saturday 10 May and will be taken to lie at Ngamotu Marae, Kihitu.
The whānau asks for only immediate family for the first night, after which the whānau will be receiving manuhiri at the following times:
Sunday 11 May
11am and 3pm
 
Monday 12 May
11am and 3pm
 
Nehu will be held on Tuesday 13 May 2025 at 11am.
