Daughter of Phillip Kaimoana Christie (Pappy) and Katerina Hoetawa Wirihana (Kaa).
Sister of Buster White, Moia Winiata, James, Julian and Marie Christie.
Beautiful māmā of Phil and Maude.
And dearly loved kui to her moko and mokomoko.
Valda will lie at 68 McLean Street until Saturday 1:00pm. She will then be taken to Takitimu Marae Waihirere Rd. Her nehu will be Sunday at 11am before travelling to Gisborne for cremation.

Much loved husband of the late Gwen.  Beloved father and father-in-law of Rick and Rose, and Tony and Michelle.  Cherished Pop to his grandchildren and great grandchildren.
 
In accordance with Bill’s wishes a cremation has taken place, a memorial service will be held at a later date.

Darling wife of Dean and adored mum to Susan-Kelly and Andika.  Treasured nan of Shailah, Avani and Khyrie.
 
Precious daughter of Tu Maurirere (Nacy) and Kataraina (Girlie) Keelan.
 
Much loved sister of Richard (dec) and Eileen, twin of Tommy (dec), Reggie, Flowers and Kenny, Sid (dec) and Podge, Dinny and Joe (dec), Flo (dec) and Greg, Kari and Tuts (dec), Mo and Paenga, Tui and Kim and Bobby. Cherished aunty to all her nieces, nephews and many she adopted along the way.
 
A funeral service for Pauline will be held at the Wairoa Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses on Thursday 16th October at 10.30am.

Mum will be at home, 48 Lahore St, Wairoa until Monday when she will be departing for Tauarau Marae, Ruatoki. Here she will lie until her funeral on Wednesday 15th at 11am. Nau mai, haere mai.
